Last weekend the team was racing on two fronts, with Justin and I at the ol' Paris to Ancaster and Thomas and Peanut at the race on the Calabogie race course, with Mike and Seb otherwise occupied with the ladies. It became obvious at the P-A that neither Justin or I can ride offroad to save our lives but we can hammer on the road. I started about 250th and ended 33rd and Justin ended 19th after eating some mud. It is unfortunate that all offroad pictures of the event show Justin and I walking our bikes as you can see from exhibit A & B above (thank you metaedge.ca)...shame shame. Hey it was pretty muddy though. As for Thomas and Peanut, I haven't got the race update yet, but with a couple of places in the teens, it seems like they're getting their legs back under them after a loooong winter. I'm sure with just about the whole team at the next few races, we can rock and roll and get some solid placings.
